MAIN COURSE

300 ML TO 400 ML PER-PERSON.
E.G SUPPOSE IF YOU HAVE  100 PEOPLE & YOU GO FOR THREE MAIN COURSE LIKE CHANA, PALAK PANEER & ALU-GOBHI. YOU WILL NEED TOTAL 30 TO 40 LTS OF MAIN-COURSE. THAT MEANS YOU NEED 10LTS TO 13.33LTS OF EACH MAIN.
